Basic running program
* I just keep running as long as I feel great
* I stop when I’m in pain
* If I’m out of breath, I slow down for a little bit
* If I’m tired and I’ve had a great workout, I stop
* If I’m a bit tired but I don’t feel like I’ve had a great workout, I tell myself to get my butt in gear.
It’s not complicated, and it works. Just run as long as you feel fantastic. :-)
