Saldi, sconti, lavori un tanto al chilo
Dopo l'ennesima richiesta di sconto da parte di un (altro) cliente, non so più da che parte girarmi per far capir loro che la qualità si paga, le parole non sono mele da acquistare un tanto al chilo e ci vorrebbe anche un po' più di rispetto per un professionista senza il quale spesso il cliente non lavorerebbe affatto. Humanitech, ancora una volta, ha colpito nel segno:

Chi compra cerca oggi tutto quanto può trovare in saldo, un po’ come quei folli assatanati che si buttano nelle migliori boutique del centro cercando le marche più prestigiose a prezzi da mercato del pesce. La mia impressione – se devo essere malizioso – è che gli acquirenti oggi cerchino di fare durare la crisi più a lungo possibile proprio per comprare meglio. Al contrario credo sia il momento di alzare i prezzi, di poco, ma di rivederli a rialzo, non a ribasso, rinunciando a portare a casa una pagnotta sempre più leggera pur di mangiare. Secondo: non mollare sui preventivi. Alla terza richiesta di costi diversi per le medesime attività lasciate che il cliente navighi la buio, se è questo che desidera."

Thinking again about WoT (movies this time)...
